With over 25 years of experience working with employee benefits, Lori brings a level of expertise that incorporates all facets of a benefit consultant. With knowledge and work experience from an employer, carrier and broker perspective, Lori is able to develop and preserve client relationships to the highest degree.
Through his experience with customer service and management, Greg is able to uphold significant relationships with existing clients, as well as establish similar associations with new business. As account manager, Greg is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of new and existing group and individual products.
With over 12 years of experience in human resources and employee benefits, Michelle provides knowledge and understanding in claims resolution and benefit implementation. Michelle provides daily support with benefit claims, as well as ongoing assistance with customer service. Michelle also works directly with individuals to obtain personal insurance plans, as well as Medicare.
With previous experience in customer service, Meryl is able to provide effective communication and support to all existing clients, as well as potential new business. Meryl assists with employee enrollment changes as well as benefit plan administration.
