Managing claims is one of the most complex issues for insurance companies. It involves activities such as: opening and closing claims, making payments, reserving claims, carrying out subrogation recoveries, and working with service providers. Chesapeake Benefits has demonstrated very much success utilizing monthly claim review. By following through with carriers to assure completion of outstanding claims, we have been able to successfully resolve claim issues in a timely manner to alleviate further action.
